What we collect

• The address you type into the free assessment check, and the town you select.
• What you send us through the contact or lead form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and anything you write in the message field.
• Technical basics our server logs anyway: the page you visited and when, and your IP address (used for abuse protection, e.g. rate limiting).

Why we collect it

• To run the free assessment check you asked for.
• To reply to you personally when you leave your info.
• To keep the site working and stop abuse.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to operate the site (for example, the company that sends our email replies) — and only what they need to do their job.
• We don't run advertising trackers. There are no third-party analytics cookies on this site today.

How long we keep it

Lead-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, then deleted — sooner on request (see below).

Questionnaire answers and valuation files are kept for up to 7 years (to support multi-season appeals and the NJ Freeze Act window), then deleted — sooner on request.

Your control

To see what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email us at chris@pravotax.com and we'll take care of it. We'll delete what we can, subject to records we must retain to fulfill an order or meet legal obligations.

Legal process

If the law requires us to disclose information (for example, a valid court order), we'll disclose the minimum required and tell you first unless the law forbids it.
